Wearing this bracelet has the power to bring inner peace, harmony, protection, & balance as well as improving health, positive energy & spiritual connection.
Often referred to as beads, Rudraksha pronounced “Rud-ruck-sha” are actually seeds from the Elaeocarpus Ganitrus tree that grow inside of what looks like a blueberry, these trees are found in India, Nepal, Burma, Thailand & Indonesia.
The name Rudraksha stems from Hindu mythology and means “the eyes of Shiva.” and have been worn by sages, yogis, and devotees of Shiva for centuries. In Hindu mythology It is believed that God meditated on the welfare of mankind and emerged crying tears of compassion. The tears, upon hitting the Earth, crystallized to form the trees that grow Rudrakshas.
Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our mental, emotional and physical well-being.
Some say there are 114 different chakras, but there are 7 main chakras that run along your spine. These are the chakras that most of us are referring to when we talk about them.
Each of these 7 main chakras has a corresponding number, name, colour, specific area of the spine from the sacrum to the crown of the head, & health focus.
Our Yoga bracelets are free-size and can be worn by men, women, & children. A lovely treat for yourself or the perfect gift for someone else.
Please Note: After taking the photos for this product I noticed that only a very limited amount of the bracelets had Buddha heads on, if you order this product the chances are you will receive a bracelet without a Buddha head on & will receive a bracelet with the two silver rings on instead.
